what all problems u ppl wrote is smaller as compared to ppl getting INJURED
lot of snap fitness customers are getting injured - various kinds of horrific injuries...which trbl for MONTHs and YEarS
Still I am surprised they don't fight . its higth time CONSUMERISM SHUD GET DEVELOPED ..

they give any exercises to anybody in a card ..which is not required.,.esp for a lady ..
should join if u have ur own plan and if u want to use only treadmill...otherwise not advisable

I really did not want to write this review, but the Snap guys have left me with no other option.
So we (both me and my wife) joined the Snap Fitness Indiranagar. In my third visit to the facility something horrible happened. While we were working out on the treadmill, the electricity went away! There was no UPS/Inverter and while my wife was running at a high speed, the treadmill abruptly stopped. This could have led to a serious injury! Worse, the no-electricity situation continued for about 30 mins and no one bothered to let people know, apologize or even open windows/doors for ventilation. We waited long and then finally complained to the staff and all they could do was pass the blame to the guy who refuels their generator. We kind of

I was looking for some fitness center to join in Indiranagar, but now after reading the above messages I think it's not a good choice... thankq...
I agree, poor management, someone commits somethings and others have no clue about it. rude and unfriendly people... please avoid...
Do not ever join this gym. Worst one and they do not even respone if your things are lost. Poor management.
