all was fine with Abhushan as long as we kept buying gold from them every other year. We were good customers to Abhushan then. But recently one of the 2 diamond rings we bought from them a couple of years back chipped off (Ever heard of diamond ring chipping off?? Never has this ever happened to me in life till date) and we went back to them to get it fixed. They said that we need to pay for the extra gold in case is used in the process of fixing it, and we agreed. When I went back to get it, we realized that the ring weighed so many milligrams less and we asked for them to make up for the gold lost.
