These people are a bunch of thugs who openly overcharge for delivery, will not deliver on time, on getting the ' package' they will start black mailing the people for more money. Don't trust these people at all , just use anybody else, otherwise you will loose your peace, money and package
While moving from Ghaziabad to Kolkata, we opted for Agarwal Safe Home Packers and Movers(Gurgaon). They quoted 26,000 and promised to deliver goods within 4 days. We gave our household items on 14th June 2013 along with Rs 20,000 as advance.
Goods were supposed to leave on 16th June from Gurgaon and arrive latest by 21st or 22nd. However it is now 5th July and our goods have still not been delivered to us.
Since last 2 weeks, there have been no voluntary updates from the managers of this company. Everytime we call for update a new lie is told to us. This was one of my Worst Experience of a vendor. They are fooling people in the name of Agarwal. They don't have any connection with Agarwal Movers and are cheating customers. I gave my household articles from Bangalore to Pune and when there was no response, I had to come back from Pune to collect my household articles. They don't have any office in Lalbagh and have only one small office in Yeshwanthpur Truck Yard which i searched after a one full day operation. No Name board either !!!
When I reached YPR office, those guys told me things are already sent two days back, but when I asked them to open their godown, all articles were still lying in the godown with so many other people articles which seems to be lying for months. Inside th

I will recommend all my friends here that please boycott this company altogether. They are highly unprofessional, totally without ethics and have a ultimate rough behavior and screw jack their customers when they are helpless.
I had recently obtained a quote from them to move my household goods from India to Australia and they gave me rate per kg of 310/- . This is quite exorbitant and they said that this will go as an air freight. I was supposed to relocate to Australia and hence i booked around 150 kgs of my personal belongings.
They charged me 50,000/- INR in cash. Their representative promised me in writing and in words that my shipment will be delivered in 7 days and many more fancy things.
