Bakwas Gym...Please Do not join ..Old machines which stops in between several time.

What you read above is complete nonsense; its a useless gym; all equipment 2nd class; not clean at all; owner and his fat son dont know any exercises well- they sit and watch tv all the time. They hired an instructor who says running doesnt reduce weight, eating protein is a waste if you want to build muscle and sits there chatting all time.
the clientele are drivers, waiters and mechanics!! Useless gym; its a complete avoid

i m a sportsman KV national kabaddi n badminton champion..i was in search of gud gym which can fullfill my requirements for complete fitness including strength n stamina..i achieved my all requirements by this gym...this is due to gud trainer,sporty way motivation, healthy heigenic n friendly environment, Really this is equipped with gud equipments as well as gud trainer..by joining this gym any1 can get gud result.................

I think without visiting there persons give comment. Present scenario is totally changed.Now workouts are fantastically being conducted. It may be due to dedication of owner as well as trainer also who is an Indian Air Force exepertise.It is very good gym and worthfull.
