The service is very very pathetic, poor and worst. Even after 10 days my courier has not reached. I've been calling to their various centers and complaint office but they least bother to answer rather asking the person to whom I sent the courier to come and collect the courier from their Gurgaon office which is 8kms far from him. After calling those people they are saying they don't have service on MG Road Gurgaon which is the main area there . It's really hard to believe they don't have service on MG Road. The behavior of the employees in both Bangalore and Gurgaon office is non-professional and rude. Worst experience I ever had.
