These are the points i have felt on dealing with Landmark for their Pearl Tuscany project
1)Delay in handover of projects (Delayed as of now more than 1 year and still to take almost the same)
2)Change in the plan and design are never conveyed to the patrons
3)Never give the promised amenities for which we are to have legal tussle (Power back up, Basket ball court all were promised but never given)
4)Unholy relation with LICHFL and agent Mani specifically and cheat customers . Get loan amounts disbursed with out knowledge of customers
