Hi, Recenty I have used SM Packers for transporting my household goods and Car from Pune to Trivandrum. I had a nightmare experience by using their service. I have sent my goods from Pune on 21st October and have agreed with them to get it delivered in Trivandrum by 2nd November. All the communications were through emails and phone, but in the end they have reached Trivandrum on 28th Ocotber and were reluctant in delivering the household items. I have specially mentioned 2nd November as the delivery date as I was supposed to reach TVM only on 1st. In the end they have kept the items in a local godown.
