Was looking to join a gym in the west delhi area, happened to visit the pusa road gym for trial and just to compare the quality of golds also visited the East of kailash gold gym.
The pusa road gym
has a very claustrophobic ambience, the carpets used are dark in colour and look dirty. All the trainers have this stinking attitude and boss around with big muscleâs. No acknowledgment is made when you are working out. Towels have blood stains wonder how! The equipment looks old even though the gym is recently opened. In order to save up on utility bills the gym seems to be switching of a/c at times which dehydrates your body. Poor quality glasses are provided with a unhygienic
On the othe r hand the East of kailash gym is clean, airy

I have recently joined the gym and preety impressed with the cardio section and treadmills, but when it comes to floor exercises and abdominal exercise Gold gym pusa road looses its standard. The gym is too tiny and doesn,t have ab crunches machines. I lost my weight but failed to loose my tummy. Steam is very impressive but again Vet area is very dirty. I wud always prefer to take bath at home.
The gym needs to improve the quality of their trainers. They need to have certified trainers for the "Gold's" brand and not just hire trainers who quit local gyms. They spoil the gold's brand. I got a Cervical and back problem with my "untrained" trainer - Tasneem from Mumbai. She's a disaster. Plz dont workout with her. She'll leave you with the same weight and so many health problems.
