too much delay in delivery. I donot recommend this showroom to anyone. I had a very bad experience.
The furniture designs vary between average to good. Salesman Ashok Sharma speaks much (read irrelevant) . Paint quality, finish quality is average. Comparatively lower thickness plywood used. No receipts on Forich Furniture letter head. Obviously, No VAT paid by shop owner ( and consumer). Shop owner and consumer never meet. Welome to Noida (furniture market) .
I have a similar experience of bad behavious by Mr Ashok Sharma. Doesn't know how to talk to customers, He even went on to say " if you like you purchase or leave it " Delayed the delivery of my Dining set by 10 days and giving false info that the set is ready. I went there 4 times to find that the set was not ready.....
This shop has some great quality furniture and the furniture is also very affordable.
I have purchased a sofa from the same shop and at the time of purchase salesman Ashok Sharma told me that if any issue with Sofa comes within 15 days then they will replaced it and give service for 1 year. In my sofa issue came in 2nd day.. I called Ashok sharma and he told me that one guy will come and check the issue but after contineous follow up he send someone after 15 days. When I request them to replace it, salesman Ashok Sharma said it will be rapair and no replacement. From than, it's almost 7 days, he did not send anyone for Sofa repair. They people stopped receiving my call and when I called them from different number, they said now no one is available to do this....I don't know who is the owner of that showroom who appointed suc

I purchased a sofa from sector 10, noida shop. I was told wrong its dimensions, hence didn't fit in my home. I told them to return and was promised for refund full amount - transportation cost (350 Rs), but when i went to receive money on showroom, they have deducted 1500 Rs, giving useless excuses. There is Mr. Sharma, who even don't know how to talk with customers (old days shopkeeper). These shops is a cheat shop, and if you buy, don't think of any return policy without losing some significant money & with lots of hassles.
They are really pathetic people. We purchased a sofa from them and it broke down only after 1 year and now on repeated reminders no body is coming to repair it.
We are really tired of calling them.
