Medivision Ravipuram banch is not a cutomer friendly branch. Its only good for general blood and urine tests.On July 4th 2014 I had to do a medicaal test ther as a part of buying an Insurance plan. Since they dont have the TMT facility they get it done in some hospitals out side. They were insisting me to get a vehicle to go for the TMT to Medical Trust hospital. . Since I refused finally they had taken me in the Medivision van which is meant for that. since they dont have the facilities there its their responsssibilty to take the customer/ patient to their tie up hospitals and bring them back. After the TMT I found that I was abondened in the Medical Trust hospital. I had to find my way to Medivision as my vehicle is parked near Medivis
