This is a very awful service providing company. I have called them up for repairing my whirlpool microwave. After inspecting the same at my home, the technician ( who is also the owner) said that they need to take the front panel back to their service center for repair as it has gone faulty and promised me a date of return after 3 days. However, they never turned up after 3 days. When i tried calling them, the phone was continuously found to be either switched off or out of service area. Somehow, managed to contact them after 5 days and he said that they will come and put back the panel in another 2-3 days. I have purchased 1.5 ton ac Panasonic AC Split Model No.YC18PKY dt.28.03.2015 from Capital Electronics, Madhyamgram. The Service period has alrealy expired. Now its cooling system is not working three times engg. came and checked and replaced the indoor unit parts i.e. motor fan (Rs.2,800/-) and also service charge Rs.450 and others service charged is included. But problem is same. We have lodged the complaints many time but your people does not take any solid action we are suffering too much please sort out our problem. otherwise refund the money.
