Me and all my friends and realtives have stopped using service of NuVenus, because they are cheaters. they burn the saree and refuse to accept the fact. They have taken my expensive saree and probably sold it. be very careful and think wisely before using their service.
May be I am the first to write a review about this dry cleaner.
I have been cheated by them. I had given them a saree about a year back. When I went to give the saree, the person who takes the materials was extremely busy, since he knew me personally he said I know your name and address , you can visit later and collect your slip. I said okay and left. I visited them about a week later to collect my slip which he checked and said there is no slip in my name. when i claimed that i had come and since the shop was extremely crowded you told me to come later. he denied completely that i had given him the any saree. I gave the description of my saree and kept on visiting them on intervals , but they completely denied and refused to even acknow
