Horrible experience! purchased a four sitter dining table set from Steel Junction, Topsia Road. First of all the item was delivered one day later than the date given, and on top of that the product is totally damaged, the glass top is broken, the welding is not at all smooth and blackened at most of the places, the steel is dented at various places, the thing looks old, rusty and used. The dining table costed me Rs. 26,700 which is much more than most of the other steel dining table sets available at other steel furniture shops at the market, so naturally i expected atleast a satisfactory product, but i regret to say the purchase is an utter dissappointment. While wishing you and your family a very happy, pleasant and prosperous NEW YEAR-2012, I would like to submit that the MODULER KITCHEN provided in the A-104, RAILVIHAR , NEW TOWN by your STEEL JUNCTION has fallen down to earth resulting in loss and injury to my wife and it reveals the casual approach of your TECHNICIANS towards their serious jobs. However, it is my earnest appeal to M/S STEEL JUNCTION to please arrange to visit the said KITCHEN and set the kitchen in right position. LOOKING FOR IMMEDIAT RESPONSE V. K.
