We used to ship with Astha with since many years. Last time we have sent 50 KGs of shipment to our relative who is in NJ,US. Then i realised that they have charged 1000 Rs. from us bcz of one small paper received by me on very next day. Second point, We have shipped 18 days ago in Economy service which takes 8-10 working days. Still no response. I have called them many times, but didn't give me any answer. These guys are just money making and cheating with customers..
