They assured us that the courier will be delivered in 5 days and charged extra. I received courier almost after 8 days.
They took 4 days to send the parcel from Rajkot to Ahmedabad. From Ahmedabad, They are sending courier via FedEx, which normally takes 4-5 days. The commute between Rajkot- Ahmedabad is 4 hours and they took 4 days.
Also, they provide wrong tracking number.

They are PATHETIC and fraud.
They charge you for way high weight & dimensions, but when the receiver actually receives, its different weight & dimensions, and that's how they mint huge money from you.
Moreover, everytime, there is one or other item missing, they change the packing which ruins the clothes and damages other things.
This time they entered an incorrect address, and because of their carelessness and insanity, I had to fight with 3 different courier companies and collect package myself later on. They give it to Bombino which in turn gives it to UPS or Fedex.
Obviously they won't compensate for the trouble caused to me, that's not the trend in India.
