Very poor service. No one there to attend.
4 days ago they asked for xerox of insurance , RC and driving license.
Next day they asked for all original.
Next day they told to come on Monday.
On Monday they asked for Company stamp.
No work done inspite of 4 visits.
My driver was so harrassed by them that now he does not want to go there,

AS PER MY EXPERIENCE NOW A DAY THEY WERE NOT DEALLING WITH CUSTOMER PROPERLY WHILE GIVING A CAR FOR SERVICES AND GETTING DONE A CAR SERVICED MEANS THEY WERE NOT KNEELY INTERESTED IN DOING A WORK. AND ONE MORE THINGS THERE ARE NO ANY SUCH RESPOSIBLE PERSON WHERE WE CAN APPROCH THEM TELL THEM THE DIFFICULTIES WE ARE BEARING.
ONE MORE QUESTION I WANT TO RAISE,THAT WHEN WE ARE GIVING A CAR FOR SERVICE WHOSE RESPONSIBLITIES FOR OUR CAR ? I WANT A REPLY FROM YOU FOR MY KNOWLESDGE.
