Dhuan is one of the finest dining experiences in Ahmedabad. The roof top restaurant of The Grand Bhagwati is as exotic as the name sounds. Based on the Arabic/Labanese theme, the dim lights, the low seating and the pebbled pathway,all seem to take you away from the normal table-chair affair.
The food is amazing. i have tried alomst everything on the menu and it makes you want more. The food is cooked on angara...which gives it a very ethnic smell. yes! the drawback is that it takes a lot more time for your order to arrive.
One of my fav. is the Panchkuti Dal and the stuffed Lebanese Naan.
