This is the worst PG accommodation i have ever come across till date. I stayed in Kamal Nayan apartment for a year, and calling it hell would be an understatement. The Land lady, Seema, acts as if she's doing us a favour by allowing us to stay at the place (although we pay loads of cash in rent). In the beginning she acts as if the guest's comfort is paramount, but as soon as you pay the deposit, she starts treating you like dirt. There's no cleanliness, the furniture is terribly old and discarded, Water supply is only for 2-3hrs a day and it is very difficult to manage when sharing one bathroom with 3-4 girls in a single room. If you complain, she'll either ignore your call or threaten you to vacate. There's no clear system of electricity
