Worst Bus Service Ever !! I will request never take use Deep Travles Bus..instead go in general coach of Train.
I had a horrible experience of them in last week.
Following are few points about their bad service which I experienced on journey from Pune to Vadodara on 29-May-2015 - Bus No : GJ18-X-2640.
1. They will charge like anything if you book at their office, Ticket being sold at 500 Online will be sold at 1000 at their office.
2. They will promise for AC bus but AC will not be working.
3. Bus seats are too dirty !! Its like never cleaned for years. Push Back facility does not work properly.
4. Bus departs atleast 30 mins late to prior schedule. Also , it stops at almost every place it finds potential passenger. Such Passenge

Worst service ever in bus.. they charge a lot but don't provide any service during journey.. they dont even provide bad sheet and blanket.. their seats are full of vomits which they never clean.. they depart 1 hour late than the schedule time. drivers drive the bus very rough that u can't sleep for a single minute..
