My father, Dr. Das, purchased an 185ZYA window AC on 20/4/2016. There was no remote in the delivered box and the front plastic grill was broken. The AC was not switching ON.
When we went to RECO, they said that once sold they will not replace or help. We have to access customer care. The next day the service centre people came and somehow started the AC and said that an internal cable was snapped.
Can the internal cable be snapped and the front plastic grill be broken and the remote missing in a new AC. I wish to know is it a common practice at RECO Electronics to harass old people ?
