The service centre experience is very poor here. Staff just adds a list of replaceable items to get money from customers. I had handle issues and they changed my clutch assy complete set twice within 5000 kms. The second time they assured of a proper fit so that it doesn't cause any issue. This time they also changed the clutch hub. But within 2 days and 100 km of my next ride the taphat noise was much worse than before. Don't visit this centre or you will end up regretting it, they are running just because the number of vehicles is huge. I have gone here for par 8 years and serviced more than 20 times won't go again for sure....

Waste service , for free service they are charging labour charges
Waste of going to showroom we can get it done outside with minimum charges

Please don't ever purchase a vehicle here. Me and my friend had the worst experience ever. They treated us very bad, even in some government offices we might get better responses . They won't deliver your bike on date and will never bother to inform you regarding the delay. They take advantage of the demand for Royal Enfield bikes. I'm posting everywhere so that no one should face the same fate as us.

Awful Awful Customer Service! Not even one of them knows what is the meaning of customer service! Enter this showroom at your own risk! Nobody listens to your query. Those guys think they are models and keep walking doing nothing. Every one of them including the manager till the mechanics think they are owners of the showroom! I dont know how Royal Enfield gave franchisee to these pathetic fellows who needs to be trained how to speak with customers!

Waste service center. please don't go for that showroom for service.

These guys doesn't have manners to talk. While booking vehile, sales representative (female) gave a word that they are going to call a week before the delivery date but all of sudden today my friend received call and that lady told "your bike is ready, come and pay amount today or tommorrow". My friend asked her time till Saturday (3 days), but that bledy asshoe said "we can't wait till Saturday and if there is stock we will deliver the bike on Saturday."

They do not keep upto their words. Give us false delivery dates while booking. They just say 4 months, but it has been just more than 5 months and i have still not received my bike. Booked for RE Electra.
