Anusha Gas Company's service is really hopeless and the staff or the concerned persons who are assigned with booking are irresponsible about their work and they answer so recklessly to the customers. I booked for a cylinder a month back i.e., in the month of June and stil i am being told that the cylinder is not yet booked. I have all the reference numbers about booking and booking date and on being supplied the same to the staff, they answer that they does not know anything.
The person who has taken the license of this gas agency must awake from his slumber and look into the customers problems.
Further, they will cancel our booking with our notice and without any valid reason. When complain them about the cancellation, they pretend as if they don't know or it is a system error. Then they will take a fresh booking and take another month.
My current booking is pending for more than a month. No clue whatsoever about anything.
Yes, I agree with Beeraiah, they will have to cancel Anusha's licence.
I literally have to fall on their feet to get the refill cylinder delivery.
