A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TORANA ENTERPRISES, Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore
This is to inform that, I had booked an Oman Air - Returned Ticket of INR 38,500 from Mumbai-INDIA to Doha-QATAR dated on 17-April-2014, which i unfortunately had to cancel due to the sudden demise of our aunt and i have not yet received the amount that had to be refunded by the TORANA ENTERPRISES, though I contacted them repeated number of times from past 22-days, they have not been of any help, and stated that the amount has not yet refunded to TORANA travel agency from Oman Air. .....
