Very bad service. They have unprofessional who even don't know the basic eyebrow threading. They have spoiled my eyebrow shape. After all this they even laugh at it. I am soo much disappointed
Very bad attitude from the owner about honouring appointments and there is a lot of general mis-management of the staff. Otherwise a pleasant mid-level service place there is utter chaos on some days.
When I made a noise about having had to wait for more than half hour inspite of having a confirmed appointment, the owner asks me "where are you from?" As if my ethnicity will somehow justify my questioning this.
Determined not to come back here.
