....This time I told them that I would stay at the servicing center for the whole duration of servicing. The ONLY GOOD THING about their servicing is how nicely they clean the bikes and make it shine before giving it to the owner. I made an appointment, wrote every single problem in detail on the job sheet and then gave my bike. I stayed there even for the washing. After the washing, they got the bike on the platform and the mechanic started working on it. I WAS DEAD SHOCKED WHEN AFTER 5 MINUTES HE TOOK THE BIKE DOWN FROM THE PLATFORM AND TOLD ME THAT THE SERVICING IS DONE!!! I chose this showroom, even after getting bad reviews, only because it was near to my college in Banashankari. I am forced to say that it was one of the worst decisions I took! The bike sales is proficiently handled. I got my Honda Unicorn in 2 days time. The servicing is the WORST you will ever get anywhere. I faced some problems and wanted some modifications in my first free service that never happened. I went and told the people that the problem still persists. Some way or the other the only answer I received was that the problem that I was facing was not a problem at all!!!! I might be driving in the wrong manner. I leave on the bike and realize that they have done nothing at all. They only give you frustration and bad service. The same thing happened after my second service. These people just try to talk people into believing that there is no problem and whatever they are facing is completely normal or they should drive in a different manner! The worst was the 3rd servicing. A complete nightmare!! I wanted my bike tuned to give more mileage and wanted the brake shoe replaced and make the rear brake tighter than before. After I received the bike, I realized that BOTH the brakes were hardly working! There are some instances where the rear brakes get loose or the brake shoe becomes too smooth to work, but the idea of the disk brakes of a NEW BIKE not working was a bit of a shock. I instantly turn back and go and mention this to the head of servicing - Naveen. He tells me that because of the lubrication, the brakes will stay that way 5 kms. After some discussion and dis-approvals, I leave that place. I some how manage to drive 20 kms (I was going to National park that day) with very very loose brakes....waiting for the brakes to start working like the person had mentioned. In the end I had to get the brakes tightened near Bannerghatta. Another shock came very soon. I had measured the mileage of my bike, continuously, over the time after I received it. It always fell in the range of 48-55. Somehow my bike suddenly started giving a mileage of 35 km/litre!!! Whatever I had asked the people to do, they had done the exact OPPOSITE in the servicing. I got so pissed at them that I shouted at the head of servicing 1 week after my 3rd servicing. He was very casual and didn't care at all about my problem. He kept on saying to get my bike to the service center and they will look into it (just like they had said numerous times before....and done absolutely NOTHING). I still had one more free servicing left and that was supposed to be used 2 months later but I had to use it just after a week of my 3rd servicing to get my bike back to normal working conditions. Horrible and Poor Service and the interaction with customer is really horrible, i had a very bad experience. after i got the vehicle from servicing, first thing vehicle battery was at lowest, the sound buzzor was missing. later on after riding for some distances got to know there are vibrations in the front tyre, the front handle rod was not adjusted properly. idling was too low. at every signals, slides vehicles stops, need to re-strat and starter doesn't wrk. you need to kick and start. vehicle delivery they have done correct day. but after delivery i am facing too much problem front and back body sound and no
mileage and no proper maintenance and no proper guidance for customer

Vehicle sales is good, but After Sales is OK OK.
Vehicle Servicing is Not So GOOD. Any Problem with vehicle, " Please wait ", checking the vehicle...! No-problems found
(even if you have problem with the vehicle like " Mileage Not giving properly " etc.)
They will Coolly Convince the Customers And send them Back without solving their problems properly,
Proper Guidance is not given to Customers about " Vehicle Maintenance ", FROM SERVICE CENTER.
