I purchased travel bag from this Feet Fashion SHOP HSR they claim that it is branded and
it has got warranty .When we started using this the first day in trip wheels in the bag was not
not working .We went to shop after 8 days of trip with this complaint they refused to repair it and also
exchange it.They promise that if any issues are there goods they will fix but they are not ready to do anything.
At the same time we had purchased shoe form them ,they claim that it is comfortable while walking
if there is any issue they will replace it.
After 2 days we went to shop we told him that shoes are not comfortable cant use this can we have replacement.
He refused to replace it and also told that you have used ,i just wore it on
