This is a horrible service run by incompetent people. They do not care about the customer needs and only try to mint money after taking the full year money. They have no good resources who can do the work. The resources lack skill, honesty and abscond from the work leaving the infant and the family. In 4 months we have to change four people and every time it's a struggle to get the replacement which takes at least 2 weeks of begging. They keep on increasing the rates by finding the loop holes and blatantly refuse to refund the money even when they fail to deliver. Even if the resource is working fine, they try to demotivate them to ask more money.
Please stay away from this horrible company to save money and peace of mind

I have to file a complaint about STC Management agency, Bellandur, Bangalore.i got details about this agency from Sulekha / Justdial when I was searching for cooking maid.
The agency is totally fraud.they will convince you first telling and showing cooks infront of you asking to do a registration and telling they will come surely from next day ownwards.Believing them I paid 3000rs as registration amount on May 4/2018. Till now no cooks came for cooking the morning.they will call evening and tell they would come.but morning either they won't pick up call or will tell some excuse. These guys are fraud. They take your money and do not provide proper service. We spend 25k.. the maid they provided just stayed for 1 month and then left.. now they are not returning our money back. Don't be a fool to take their services and cry later
Iam taking this service from past 2years. The service is been give to me very good, iam very much satisfied. from past 2years STC has given me same house maid and they are giving me immediate replace if my house maid is not keeping well.
