I agree with Hiresh because I faced the same issue. To add to it,
1) Said will get the vehicle registered in one week from the date of purchase. It took 4 weeks to get it done only when extra Rs 500 was given. Said the RTO needs it.
2) Flicked the key chain. Though it sounds a small thing but it is big for the me because it was a gift given on the occasion of purchase of new Wego. When I went to pick up the bike after first servicing, the key chain was flicked and the customer and sales executive said it is a small thing. So you mean to say your showroom employees thief and there is a possibility that even parts of the vehicle will be switched with the old ones keeping me unaware of it.

Hello Everyone, if you are planning to buy TVS vehicle, please never ever buy anything from Arunagiri Motors (bommanahalli). One of the worst customer service these people has. They don't care about customer and they dont even think that they should respect their customer, their time and provide a good quality service. At first place they charged me higher for my wego scooter than other TVS dealer saying we give more value for your vehicle for insurance and that's why we charge high and our service is best. If you call them for RC book or for anything, we need to call at least 10 times. Parts availability is poor for services. I think even a small provision store give better service and response to customer.
