I own a Bajaj Pulsar 150, after getting two times bad experience from service done by khivraj bajaj, I searched for some private bike service station, believe me, turningpoint did a great job of service and I am fully satisfied with them. They also showed me the wear and tear of parts after service so that you are sure it is not replaced just like that. Really great service
Trustable place.taking good responsibility even after service.My Rs200 was serviced up to the mark.and they are not into too much money making as I seen in Amba bajaj. Procurement of parts also is fast enough
Disastrous experience, I could have ever imagined. Bike was much better off before their service. Plenty of issues after servicing had to go to them several times only to get greeted with lame excuses.In then end they blatantly told to replace 2-3 parts which were all in working conditions.
The would not even hesitate in using abusive language and shout on customers.
