Carelessness at its best @ Fabricspa.....
Had given 9pieces of expensive garments for dry-cleaning @ Hypercity outlet in Bangalore on 13/09/2011. Till date have'nt received my goods. The store manager is totally clueless whether he has misplaced it or its in factory....says he needs to do a store audit, totally irresponsible. They dont even provide status feedback of u'r complaints....i have been making rounds of the store to take the update. This is just not professional. I wonder the fate of my clothes (sigh).....
