GOUT one of the most painful condition I have suffered in my life time. 3 years ago I had developed gout and the rheumatologist I consulted could not help me, they advised me to completely go off protein diet. But how long can I completely avoid protein as it is essential to have some amount of protein. They prescribed me painkillers which would give temporary relief.
