Bunch of cheats. You buy tickets for Volvo AC and get a regular bus with non funtional AC, no wiper in rainy weather...
Travelled from Bangalore to Kottayam. 12 hours journey took 21 hours. Passengers had to drag the bus to police station 3 times in that trip.
Did not pay road tax and bus was stuck midway for 3 hours.
Giving 1 star as cant give any lower.
