Hi,
I had multiple bad experience in this place. Please give your phone to Marathalli service center, it will be a few kilometers extra but it will be worth it.
This place is run by a group of women who have no clue on what they are doing. In one case i had given Galaxy Note saying that sound is not coming, they said that they need to change the mother board for rs 8000. Their main engineer, a aunty had not clue what she was doing.
Another customer had replaced entire screen for rs 10000 on their advice, only to later realize problem was with battery.
i gave my galxy s advance gti9070 for servicing in domlur samsung service centre,warranty is there,already now 20 days are over,they r not doing anything at all,if i call thy dont pick the phone, too bad servicing.i went there many times then thy would tell will give u after 2 days ..they dont have any shame at all stupids..where i can give complaint about this service centre?please let me know

Service was really good. My galaxy note touch was not working. I gave the phone for repair on saturday and got it back by Monday.
Got my locally purchased Nexus S screen replaced under warranty. They were professional, called when they said they'd call and completed the service within the timeline they gave. Completely satisfactory.
have given my GT-C3303 mobile to service center for Touch screen problem and it is in warranty, the service center guys are taken already 10days still they are not corrected and saying that spares are no stock, i believe that samsung is not providing proper service and support to its customers.
This is the very worst experience i have got, nobody knows when mobile will be repaired, samsung and cell solution both is worst experience according to me. Is anyone can solve my problem??

i am really fedup with the service given by this people . they are really warst and care less i have been ther for more than 5times still the problem is same ... please put well trained people at service center

I have a terrible experience with them. I visited them to update the software for my new SCH F339 software, but later tole me that the motherboard had some issues. They were unable to fix... nor refund the money.. Made hundreds of call in last 8 months..still hopeless... Samsung Customer Service is terrible..Buy Samsung at your own risk, and fortunate if it works for long...How pathetic they treat with Indian customers...!!!! Suresh
