The owner of Maloo constructions, Hiralaal Maloo, is a big liar and a cheat. He quotes very high price for the poor quality of construction. His main business is to sell semi-furnished or fully furnished flats. The materials used are always not authentic, they are duplicates. He promises you of all the facilities before you buy the flat, Once you bought, you will not get any adequate support or response from him. He always insist you to pay him in cash or self payee cheques (Black Money). Beware of this fraudster. Try to avoid doing business with this person
