My experience with Rai Motors has been almost a delight on more than one occasion. Once I had a huge long deep scratch across the left side of the Car and Rai Motors really did a great job in fixing the dent, paint and even facilitated the insurance part without any hassles to me. On another occasion I was stranded on a highway near Bangalore with a flat Tyre and Rai Motors provided immediate relief and I was able to get back on road quickly. Their home delivery facility too is very helpful.
I visited Rai Motors Twice once to get a quote to fix a dent in my Matiz and he quoted 5000 for 1500 Rupees job which i finally got it done elsewhere.The second time i went was for a Bi-Annual service. He checked the car and noted down all the complaints and after 2-3 hours he calls me to tell that my repair bill will be 5000 as RH Arm near the suspension is broken. When i went to collect the car the next day he had prepared a bill for 4923 . Finally while i was inspecting i opened the bonnet . He to suddenly seemed to be concerned about the Power steering fuel which he said was less and he asked one of the lad to get some and asked to pour it in.
