Never trust these guys. Better you check 10-20 times before booking PSR builder properties. Read reviews, Check with nearby location peoples, occupants there before booking with PSR Aster. I recently booked (Jan-2015) one 2BHK flat nearby PSR Aster (PSR Flora).The quality of building is not good. While booking they will show very neatly, but surely will have dents, cracks , broken tiles within 2-3 months. they will promise you that they will take care for 6 months, but you have to be careful.
Price wise also you will get better options from nearby builders.
Another main thing is while dealing with any cash transactions with PSR Builders, make it clear. Always prompt for bills or receipts as soon as you pay them. If you are not takin
