the service is so bad, when ever i call for balance, they will keep on transferring the call to diff dept, pl i request the bank manager to place some appoint some people who knows abt banking & get the work done fast... there are 4 cash counters, but only 2 counters are active, no proper manpower, we hv to stand in a big q for almost hours together, wiil this b same for ever, or shall we & comany ac should change for diiff bank.....08041178803
