For display issue on my dell laptop, they diagnosed it as NVidia chip issue..so they replaced the chip for 4.2K. The same problem resurfaced in 4 months, they said warranty is over. This time they diagnosed it as loose motherboard connections and charged 500 bucks for the same. When I inquired further about 2 different diagnosis for exactly the same issue, the guy kinda started shouting. Not at all happy with them. Why anyone will pay 4.2K for just 3 months of laptop use? Last time also the issue could have been fixed by fixing everything back again, the way they did it this time (as per my research on internet, the issue was related to chip connections only and a reflow of connections was required, I had informed about the same to them fir ...
