I used this travels for the Local bangalore trip for my parents.
The vehicle sent by this operator is not only in bad condition, but also the attitude of the driver was not to great.
When I conveyed the same, he promised to rectify it. I booked another cab for mysore. This time, they sent a vehicle worser than the earlier one.
I will not recommend this travels to anyone.
