Devi International - is the worst electronics outlet in Bangalore, booked a whirlpool refrigerator worth Rs28000 on 29th March with a next day promised delivery by the Sales representative(Jagdeesh) . Now the SCAM begins of FOOLING the CUSTOMER, the delivery person (Harish) claims he forgot to deliver our product(30th) and he would deliver on Sunday(31st). On Sunday he claims to be busy and the godown is closed, when contacted the sales person he tells to wait for delivery on Monday morning by 11am. On Monday morning the delivery person claims the billing system isn't working and he will deliver it by 3pm, with minimum 5 calls and followups the product is delivered by 6:30 pm.

I have purchased a Panasonic washing machine 21st Oct'23, immediately after the installation i got to know that its a defective product. and i have raised a concern for replacement but Devi international is not taking responsibility and replace the product the salesperson is directly saying that Panasonic company has to replace Devi is not at all concerned about that. but he is asking us to contact panasonic its too bad that Devi international is concerned only about sales after sales they lift their hands.
I have booked a washing machine 15days before still it is not delivered, so many times i called to sales Person but there is no Response from them. when by Chance they pick my call they tell it is on the way to delivery. very poor Response from them!!!
I bought a Panasonic AC from Devi Intl. last week. Have been a tenured customer with them. Good products & prices. But a caution to all potential customers: if they send a technician called 'Syed' to fix your AC, DONT opt for him. Ask for an alternative. This guy is downright rude, speak arrogantly, does not have a drop of decency while speaking to a customer especially a lady. If I had my way, I would have reported about him to the consumer court/cop station.
I purchased one IFB 6 kg washing mechine with stand they dilivered washing mechine with 7 kg stand and i inform to devi international person to change 7 kg stand but they did not respond . Once they receiveing the money they didi not worried about the customers its worst serivice don"t go to devi international, They are not giving good service to the customers.
The sales persons over here are f**king as*ho*es as they don't know how to behave with clients. they are extremly arrogant and no well behaved. i would say suggest not to go for this shop and never purchase anything from here
This is one of the crap place I have ever seen. Salesmen here sounds good but are extremely arrogant, specially after sale. During the purchase of our tv and washing machine the salesperson named Madhu was all nice and helping. But when our Haier washing machine wasn't delivered on time, I called him up to know the status. He said he will let me know the status after checking with delivery person but never returned the call. Later on when I called again he told that I had to follow Haier to check the status of my washing machine.When I told Devi store made the bill not haier, he said he cant help it. i purchased a 3D-TV with 3D accessory package by paying almost Rs. 2 lacs. They delivered only the TV and not the 3D starter kit/accessory package for which i have paid Rs. 35,000. It is more than 1 month since i made the payment. Devi is not taking any responsibility for my order for which i made payment to Devi. Instead, they are asking me to follow-up with Samsung directly. i have been following-up with Samsung executive Mr. Prasanth for more than 1 month. every time i call Mr.Prashanth, he will deliver next day. 1 Month has gone already. Now a days Samsung Executive and Devi Executives are not answering my calls. It appears that I need to goto consumer court now. Please avoid DEVI INTERNATIONAL and SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.
I had purchased quite a few appliances in one shot... well, discount was good. But, the service is pathetic! 2 numbers printed on the bill is not answered by anyone at any point of time... one mobile number available in one of the sites is a wrong number... nobody to attend the calls... i had two defective pieces out of 4 things purchased! If u are depending on post sales support, certainly not the place to buy! Fall for the discount and god help if there is a problem...
