we gave our laptop to change hard disk, they put new hard disk, and within 2 days it again gone, now replacing to new one, they are telling it will take 5 days, first they told it will be done in 1 day.
very poor service, people dont know how to do follow-ups.

very true anshuman..i agree very bad service....thru ..it is a house of thugs....
One of the worst service centers in town.. The staff is incompetent, unapologetic and irresponsible.. First they do not know their work and secondly jst try to fool customers.. They have no regards for customers and grossly overcharge.. They promise one month guarantee on the work performed but do not honour it.. Terrible service.. Think 10 times before approaching them.. Buying a new system/Laptop would be a better option.. A house of Thugs and Cheat..
