You will need to escalate it to V3 Solutions to get your products delivered. You will never get your product on time. Take it from me. I gave order on August 02nd and still waiting for the product on 14th October. That too after escalating. And they tell you SLA of 1 month. Now lets see how they adhere to the quality after delivery,
