The most worst service ever seen,today I have given my bike my servicing for clutch plate replacement and oil change, they have changed oil but not fitted cap on that and morning I have filled 3litres petrol..it is stolen and while coming to home I suffered a lot due to no petrol in the bike...I pulled my bike around 5 kms.. Really worst not even have humanity chillar people
Very bad experience never give your bike for servicing ,they will service it in more than a month and if you call to know status of your vehicle,they will say wait for 5mins. ,will call you back and then never call you back.
Very bad customer experience, Never go to service. After give to my bike it gone to support
I had enquired about test-riding Hero Maestro from Bhagath Motors on 12th Sep and they outrightly said no test-ride possible since Maestro was in lot of demand (thumbs down to them). But still I took chance and went to the dealer showroom on 15th Sep. For the first 10 mins there was no one to attend and finally when someone came, that person was not interested to explain or talk anything about Maestro. I felt like laughing at their apathy. Then I asked for test ride, and they asked me to wait 5-10 mins so that they could arrange. I was finally happy that at least I would get to test ride. This is most worst automobile showroom you can ever experience. These guys does not even know what professionalism is. You can experience worst bike service as well as the customer service. They will not even call you and inform you about the status of the bike. You will have to go there and ask everytime so that they start working atleast from 3rd time.
This is the WORST showroom in Bangalore. They have useless people sitting there who dont know head or tail about sales or customer service. My family has bought about 6-7 bikes and 2 cars in the last 10 years from other showrooms but we have not had even one bad experience. My advice - PLS DO NOT go to them if you want to buy a bike. They will say one week delivery but be prepared to wait at least for 2 months and run to them every day, only then will they give you your bike.
