Can anybody share reviews about DSR lotus towers, opposite Zuri, Whitefield. Price per sq ft. , any other information etc

I am in the final stages of booking a flat at sunrise towers. I have done enough ground work for the past one month. The project is a premium one by dsr group in Bangalore. It definitely looks good in elevation and present position is that they are handing over the flats for wood work. The work is very fast compared to Sobha as both have started at the same time and dsr building is almost ready. Quality also seems to be good. The pricing should be negotiated well.

I would recommend this builder as they are very sincere & customer friendly, provided so far in the context of loans, assisting us for agreements/registrations process etc., keeping us updated & making the process smooth throughout.

I had a tension free dealing with 'DSR Builders' when I bought a flat from them in White Water Sarjapur Road. I got very good support from the staff when we wanted to make some changes to the interior design. Staffs were always approachable. They listen all queries & revert very kindly.

Regarding "DSR Builders".I had seen the reviews posted in MOUTHSHUT by different people & their different opinions. Personally I experienced, am bought a flat from this company. The owner was so kind & we didn't feel that he is money oriented. We had a good flat in a prime locality with good price in banglore. I strongly recommend this builder, and reply this fake reviews I feel all these APPRECIATIONS are from the person & trying to spoil the image of this company.

I most recommend to DSR Infra, which i felt, It's a Superior design with a passion for lifestyle takes shape at sarjapur road fulfilling the aspirations of the upwardly mobile. Its a freedom to pursue the pleasures of life. The large living room, wide windows are a treat to freedom. DSR is the recipie of good home and brought out a great design ultimately. The most ideal outdoors for children to grow carefree.

t the price of their project DSR ULTIMA project is bit on Higher side.. example Amenities charges are atleast 40% more than normal it should be.. and not very much negotiable.. on thr current stand even thr flats are not even 60% sold.If you can negotiate by atleast 350 Rs.. then u have got this on right price.. They are keen on increasing the price of their project but not willing to negotiate.. :

Please do not bother considering these as your home builders. They can only match the -ve achievements of other 'A' grade builders but can never even come close to +ve aspects of the 'A' grade builders. Also, take when investing in large projects from this builder because he possesses no project management skills for even small projects. Deal with these folks at your risk.
