We arranged for an elaborate lunch menu for our son's bday party. Each and every item starting from the chaats and juices were pathetic. Kids burger was just a veg patty with no vegetables/sauce in it. A couple of items which was ordered was not even prepared/served. Towards the end, the kofta and paneer was totally missing. No arrangement for heating of food was available. Naans/Roti though prepared infront of us were not chewable. People were left waiting for every item as the management was so bad. Sweet dish was brought in very less quantity. In fact the caterer was busy eating his own snacks during the party least bothered about the people left waiting for food.
