British Library: Fostering a cultural link between India and the UK. Established in 1960, the library is an institution in Bangalore. It stocks a huge collection of books on every conceivable topic, such as, arts, English literature, fiction, science and technology, history, economics, engineering, information technology, law, management and medicine. It also has periodicals from UK and a collection of DVDs. You can get information on studying in Britain as well. It is open from Monday to Saturday 10.30am to 6.30pm.
