The store is not organized and on top of that they have bad agents who bill you for more money than actual .It has happened many times and is disgusting to think that everytime we make a purchase we have to take another trip to the store to settle the disputes .Very bad service ,be aware when they bill .

Unfortunately this is the closest store to my place and unwillingly I end up buying here. Today again I had another of the bad quality products from this store. I bought some dates ("Lion" brand) from this store. Ended up having a box with dates and bugs coming in the box as free. I have also complained to the company. It seems the horrible storing and maintenance of food articles at this store causes the products to expire sooner.

This store is never organised. Sometimes, price of items getting billed are more than MRP on the item. Prices of item on the racks are mostly out of date (which only you realise when billing price is more than what you would have seen). Staff is mostly unaware of the offers displayed at the racks.
You are better off going to a Kirana store as there are usually no offers to lure you into this store. Vegetables and fruits are fresh outside and at similar prices. (Potatos,onions, cauliflower are worst here- in all seasons)
