Thanks for your query.
We have fixed Mr. Rakesh's problem of static electricity with an external wire to ground/discharge the electric charge generated by the belt & his body. Pls. note this is not a part of our treadmill sale, but as good gesture for a customer it was done to satisfy him.
Static electricity generated is not discharged by all users, only a very few sensitive people come across this problem, this does not only happen in treadmills, but can also happen while getting down the car after a drive.For which discharge is done my holding the car key metal part to the body of the car before getting out of car. Let me tell you that apart from treadmill cost, i have invested 3000 bugs for stabilizers of 4KVA but still the problem of error E06 still exist and the same has been realized by your service engineer but i forgot this issue and let it go.
Logically, I would say that if the earthing was not there in my house then that shock at pulse sensor should have been realized by the service engineer also but he told there is no shock despite of this whenever i am running on treadmill and touching pulse sensor i am getting the same and i realized it is nothing but Electro Static Shock and in response , you told me that you will come with some solution to my satisfaction within 3 to 4 days,

With respect to my comment on Jan 16, 2011, I would like to state that there was sankranti holiday so that the service engineer couldn't able to come and i should have understand the same. All this made me land up with such comment and i regret. Further, the response from owner of first fitness zone was spontaneously and personally looked into the matter and really care for the customer and i realized i made mistake on commenting and I hereby declare that all the words and sentences made in the previous comment are null and void. Please don't rely on the previous comment.
The worst shop of treadmill and the reason for the same is like that i bought a treadmill velocity 846A model from this shop 10 days back i.e. on 30th December 2010 after referring advertisement in Bangalore Mirror in the name of Sportstrack...................the worst experience that when you call service engineer either they are on leave or too busy and secondly, during these 10 days i have called man times to him to repair this new treadmill and even service engineer do not know what happen to treadmill why it is not working properly. At conclusion , i must say that worst seller of treadmill products and do not care about customer and my suggestion do not buy product from this shop.further, please do not buy velocity fitness treadmill
