Very bad experience. The lady there at reception is very rude and money-minded. I went there with Times deal. She told me that otherwise the service is for 60 minutes but with deal it will only be for 30 minutes. What is the meaning of deal-based discount if you degrade the service? The deal included steam but she said she will not provide steam as "customers spend too much time taking steam". I was speechless at the shamelessness of the argument. Finally at the time of payment, she over-billed me. The reason told was taxes are extra. When I fought with her and showed the deal terms which clearly mentioned taxes included, she then agreed. I was totally taken aback by their lack of professionalism. Totally NOT RECOMMENDED.
