First of all i would like to thank you for providing me the issues with paras maitri project as i am owner of an apartment at maitri and approached the builder for clarification
Currently i own an apartment in paras maitri D block. I went to the builder with the questions you have raised and got all satisfied answers and I am convinced with their answers.
Regarding your first concern, they have a proper STP currently at mallige and they are leaving the cleaned water and not dirty water in an open place. But now they have connected the treated water of both mallige and matri to the regular drainage system, so that issue is resolved.

Paras Group builders (http://www.parasgroup.in) have constructed Paras Mallige apartment in a land adjacent to Sri Ananthnagar Phase-I layout. They have not done proper water treatment plat for that apartment and drain the dirty water in to open drain. They have now started constructing Paras Maitri (http://www.parasgroup.in/projects/paras-maitri) apartment close to Paras Mallige. The site-map mentioned on their website shows the approach road via a land belonging to Sri Ananthnagar Society. This has been informed to the builder and to appropriate law enforcement officials.
